The Commission of Inquiry ended with a coldness moment between Adv Dali Mpofu SC and Adv Michelle le Roux JC.

In the last minutes of the proceedings Adv Mpofu requested to object. However, he was interrupted by Le Roux. This has caused a tension as the chairperson allow Le Roux to interrupt Mpofu.

In addition, chair told Mpofu to sit down as he is in charge. Adv Mpofu feels mistreated by chairperson. The commission adjourned and will continue on Wednesday.

Dali Mpofu tells Minister Gordhan’s advocate Michelle le Roux to “shut up”.

Dear @t_moyane,

Refuse to pay Dali Mpofu. He wasted your time and money. I think that he came from the EFF branch meeting to the Commission without preparation.

Therefore, refuse to pay and play him a Youtube Video of his amateurish performance at the Commission tonight.

— African Renaissance🦅🇿🇦🦁 (@MadiBoity) March 23, 2021

Pravin Godhan is indirectly saying that Tom Moyane is not corrupt and there is no evidence to prove that. That's the reason he did not go to the Police to report him.

Comment: Adv Dali Mpofu is dealing with this racist Charlatan. Zondo can't even save him.#StateCaptureInquiry pic.twitter.com/zpNZSLDTV7

— The_Villager (@The_commentor1) March 23, 2021

#StateCaptureCommission If Tom Moyane have listened to Williams from Bain testimony earlier, he should have asked Dali Mpofu to stay at home and save costs. He should look for a Advocate that will represent him.

— Gcinumzi ka Saki (@KkKakaza) March 23, 2021

Dali Mpofu’s conduct at the commission tonight was despicable, unprofessional and unbecoming from an officer of the court.
