Arthur Fraser has filed criminal charges against President Seroma Poser over the alleged theft of roughly $4 million (R62,304,144.00). That was found in cash, the money was kept in one of the president’s properties.
The case against the president was opened at Rosebank police station in Johannesburg.
The spy boss Fraser indicates that the money was allegedly stolen, but the president knew all about it and hide it from the authorities.
Spy boss explained that criminals colluded with President Ramaphosa domestic workers to get their hands on the millions which were hidden within the premises of his farm in Phara Phara Limpopo province.
Charges laid against Ramaphosa include defeating the ends of justice.
“The president consulted the crime from the South African Police service. Or South African revenue services, which is service and therefore paid the culprits for their silence.
“The evidence I provided shows that their battery took place on the 9th February 2020, this conduct and those involved constitutes a breach of, inter alia, the Prevention of Corruption Organization Crime Act no 121 of 1998(POCA) and the prevention of Corruption Activities Act No 12 of 2004” Fraser said
Fraser desires that the relevant authorities should investigate the matter with any favor given to the president or any fear. He also added that he hopes that should deny or accept these allegations to the public.
“I also trust that the president will take the nation into his confidence and accept or deny the events I described in my affidavit of events that occurred on his property”. He said
President Cyril has not yet responded to the allegations.
