After months of pregnancy rumours, speculations and debunked theories, Rihanna and ASAP Rocky have finally confirmed their pregnancy.
Looking back on their relationship timeline, sparks started to fly during a VMA performance in 2012, where Riri brought ASAP onto the stage and their chemistry was undeniable.
Since then, the two had been rumoured to have kissed off camera while filming the video “Fashion killa”, in 2013.
In 2019, they were reported to be hanging out and spending time together at Paris Fashion Week.
Rocky attended the Diamond Ball (a charity event hosted by Riri) in 2019, and they went on to walk the red carpet together at the Fashion Awards in London.
In 2020, after Rihanna and Hassan Jameel’s relationship came to an end, she started hanging out Rocky, as seen at a restaurant in Brooklyn, New York City.
It is said that ASAP has been into Riri for years. In an interview with GQ Magazine, Rocky referred to Rihanna as “the love of my life and “my lady”. The two have been inseparable since.
Fans have been anticipating hit maker’s latest Album release for a few years now, with news of Rihanna’s pregnancy at the top of the list. There have been numerous predictions and speculations about her weight being due to the possibility of a pregnancy, however non had been confirmed to be true until recently.
When Riri’s best friend Mellisa confirmed rumours of her pregnancy by ‘liking’a post about it, fans went into a frenzy, which was quickly shut down by the fashion icon in an Instagram conversation with a blogger who later made the chat public.
This finally put the matter to rest, however concern began to rise about how Rihanna was being targeted because of her ever-changing body frame.
After years of hopes and dreams about Rihanna being with child, she has finally gone public (literally) to debut her baby bump to the world while out in New York City this past weekend with her boyfriend, rapper ASAP Rocky.
