Father to South African amapiano musician, Duduzile Ngwenya professionally known as Lady Du, has recently taken to social media to slam her in a shocking video.
DJ Choc has come out guns blazing to shame his daughter Lady Du for claiming that she had a difficult life, having come from poverty.

It is alleged that the Amapiano musician made a statement about working hard to give her daughter the life that she didn’t have as a child.

It seems the writer and producer did not take to well to the statement, going on to share some pretty harsh words with her on social media.
In a clip he shared on social media, he can be heard saying:
“I don’t know what Lady Du means when she says she grew up poor when I worked so hard to give her a comfortable life. She then went and h*ed around and ate money with all these men and she continues to spend money on these men. What is she doing now? She did not grow up poor, she had everything she needed,” the disgruntled father said.

“She is who she is because of me. Today you see me as a piece of sh*t but she can go around telling people that she grew up poor. She is a dog, I gave birth to a child that is a dog”, the veteran DJ stated.

It seems that many people who claim to know or have known Du agreed with her father’s utterances about the amapiano star, with many taking to Twitter to back up what her father was claiming. While others slammed him for the manner in which he chose to address the issue.
Lady Du was one of the most spoilt kids in our hood. Choc really did everything for her. He's the one who taught her music, and how to Dj. Everyone knew her as a spoilt brat.

She said it plenty of times that her father helped her. I have great respect for Choc but he is out of order, of all times she praised her father he didn’t say anything. When or where did Lady Du say, she grew up struggling? pic.twitter.com/Ps7eE5pFSN

The star has since come spoken out claiming that people might be out to tear her family apart.
When speaking on the relationship with her father, the ‘Umsebendzi Wethu’ hitmaker sobbed saying that she’d always been close with her father and this incident was just another example of people were trying to get in the way of that.
“My Dad and I have always had a close relationship. He’s, my idol. As time goes by, with the industry and how we are, there are always people in the middle who want to see us break because we’ve always had a strong bond. I think that’s why it’s affecting him more emotionally.
