ENTERTAINMENT | South African Actor known for his former role as Kagiso on The Queen Actor Loyiso McDonald gets served with divorce papers from wife, photographer and freelancer Luphiwe Mathunzi.
The divorce comes after the couple have been married for nine years in a civil marriage. However, the couple have been living separately from 2017.

Luphiwe Mathunzi revealed that her husband, Loyiso has been unfaithful during their marriage. It is said that Loyiso is having an affair with his former colleague, Zandile Msutwana.
It is believed that the affair started when the two acted as lovers on Mzansi Magic Telenovela, Zabalaza in which it is alleged that relationship went beyond on screen to off set.
The couple got after married in a traditional wedding in a private ceremony at Mathunzi’s home in Witbank, Mpumalanga in 2012. The ceremony was attended by close friends, family and other celebrities.
This has been reported that Mathunzi went to Johannesburg High Court to file for divorce where her application for divorce stated that she does believe that her marriage can be restored as there is no respect and love for each other anymore and a mutual conversation.
“The defendant committed adultery and the plaintiff finds it irreconcilable to continue with the relationship there is no meaningful communication between the parties” reads the divorce application.
The application reveals that no children were born at the course of their marriage.
“The motor vehicle with description 2009 Audi A5 Quattro currently in the possession of the defendant shall be the defendant, each party shall pay their own legal cost.
The couple was married in a community of property union.
